Return & Exchange

At Old Marigold, we strive to ensure every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards. While we believe in offering premium quality and the best fit for all our products, we understand that preferences for quality and fit are personal. Therefore, we provide product exchanges and returns to meet your satisfaction.

Application for Return or Exchange
You must apply for a return or exchange on our website within 5 working days of receiving the package.

Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges on all our products barring products on clearance sale, with the following conditions:

One-time Exchange: Exchanges and returns are limited to once per order. If an order has been exchanged once, the exchanged item cannot be exchanged again.

Store Credit: Refunds for exchanged items are issued as store credit, valid for 3 months.
Condition of Items: All exchanged items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, and returned with original packaging and tags for hygiene reasons.
Quality Control: Packages that do not meet these conditions will be rejected during quality control and returned to the customer.


Return Policy
As a policy, we offer returns only in the form of store credit, which is valid for 3 months.

Exchange/Return Procedure
To apply for an exchange or return, follow these steps:

Raise a Request: Go to our Exchange Portal and enter your order number and registered email/contact.
Select Items: View all products eligible for exchange and select the ones you want to exchange.
Provide Details: Select a reason for exchange/return, provide additional remarks, share relevant images, and select store credit as the refund option. For defective or incorrect products, uploading relevant images is mandatory.
Approval Process: It may take 24-48 hours for your request to be approved or rejected.
Pickup: Once approved, the item will be picked up in 1-3 working days by our courier partner. Please take a picture or video of the product when handing it over to the delivery person as proof for any future disputes.
Handover: Handover only the item the delivery person is there to collect. We are not responsible for any unaccounted items handed over.
Charges and Credits: Reverse pickup charges of INR 150 are borne by the customer for exchanges. Within 2-3 working days of the package being picked up, we issue store credit to the customer's email used while placing the order. The store credit amount is calculated by deducting the reverse pickup charge of INR 150 from the product price. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Rejection Clarification: If your request is rejected before pickup or during quality control, you can seek clarification by emailing us at support@oldmarigold.com
