Returns Eligibility

You may apply for a return within 7 working days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

What’s Eligible for Return

• All products are eligible for return unless marked under Clearance Sale.

• Returns are allowed only once per order. Orders placed using store credit are not eligible for further returns.

• International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Method

All approved returns are refunded via store credit, which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How to Request a Return

• Go to the Return Portal on our website.
• Enter your Order ID and the email or phone number used while placing the order.
• Select the items you wish to return.
• Choose a reason for return and upload images if your item is defective or incorrect (images are mandatory for such cases).
• Your return request will be reviewed and responded to within 24–48 hours.
• Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 1–3 working days.

Tip: Please take a picture or video of the item when handing it over to the delivery executive. This serves as proof in case of any disputes.

Return Charges & Store Credit

• A reverse pickup charge of ₹150 per product will be deducted from your refund.

• Store credit will be issued within 1–2 working days of receiving the returned package.

• Shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.

Quality Check (QC) Rejection Terms

Returned items must pass a strict quality check. Your return will be rejected and sent back if:

• The product appears to be used

• The product carries a strong perfume or any other odor

• The product has been washed, altered, or damaged

If your return is rejected, the product will be sent back to you and you will need to pay:

• ₹150 for the initial pickup

• ₹150 for reshipping the product

Total: ₹300

We will contact you for payment before reshipping the item.
